By registering for an event organised by ECIS, you agree that in case of total or partial cancellation of such
event, compensation will never exceed the registration fee paid by you. On the other hand, the official policy
of the Centro Mediterráneo of the University of Granada is that no refund will be issued for cancellations
received less than 10 days before the event. For the purposes of registration, the word "student" refers
to a person enroled in full-time study at a higher education institution, and not engaged in any form of paid employment.
Students of the University of Granada are reminded that the recognition of credits earned by attending the 2011
Conference must be requested before 31 May 2011.
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of the Kingdom of Spain, dated 13 December, regarding Personal Data Protection
(LOPD), we inform you that the submission of personal information when registering for an event organised by ECIS
is considered to be an informed consent to the use of such information for the sole purpose of correctly managing
the corresponding event. Such personal information will be incorporated in a file for internal use, and may be
shared with the organisation entrusted with the logistics of the event. You may exercise your rights of access,
correction, cancellation and objection by contacting us at any of our Contact addresses.
Moreover, the information submitted directly to the Centro Mediterráneo of the University of Granada is
subject to the Data Protection Policy of
the University of Granada .
